About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor with pipelaying experience to oversee and manage all aspects of our civil construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The Site Supervisor will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met.
What you will need to be considered:
- Demonstrated ability and proven history of providing a level of confident and effective leadership to a project through positive communication.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise and collaborate with the project manager to ensure delivery of all projects safely, cost-effectively, on time, and within budget.
- Demonstrated ability with planning and directing all on-site works necessary to deliver the project, including plant, equipment, labour, materials, subcontractors, and any other resources.
- Demonstrated ability and proven history of managing all WHS, quality, environmental management, and community relations issues on all sites.
- Proven ability to effectively report all activities that occur on-site each day, as required by the project specification and company quality, OHS, environmental plans, policies, and procedures.
- Proven and proactive ability of demonstrating safety, quality, and environmental compliance is followed.
- Minimum 3 years of pipelaying experience
Applicants will be required to have all current mandatory certifications to work as a supervisor and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Government infrastructure project experience is essential.
