New Project:

HEH Civil is progressing the civil works at the Belconnen Crescent Industrial Park in Brendale, delivering essential earthworks and pavement upgrades to support new industrial development. Updated design requirements have been incorporated into the construction plan, including a 200 mm Type 2.3 layer and revised 200 mm CBR15 pavement design, ensuring the site meets structural and durability standards.

Works include staged bulk earthworks, building pad preparation, and targeted subgrade improvements where geotechnical testing identified unsuitable materials. These treatments ensure long term performance across building and pavement areas. Construction is being delivered in multiple phases, allowing the team to coordinate efficiently with other site activities.

Throughout the project, HEH Civil continues working closely with Niclin Constructions to align quantities, materials and sequencing, keeping the project on track for successful delivery.
