The construction of Cutters Rise 2B subdivision involved comprehensive works executed to FNQROC specifications, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards. The project included extensive earthworks to prepare the site, followed by the installation of essential infrastructure such as sewerage, stormwater drainage, water reticulation, along with electrical and communication assets to support modern utilities.

Key Challenges and Solutions
- Unstable ground due to wet weather required extended drying periods.
- Design changes were managed in collaboration with the client to ensure project success.
- Existing services (water mains, communication conduits) required authority-approved workarounds.
- Safe coordination was needed to install culverts for MSF rail lines.
- Sewer and water cut-overs required precise planning and execution.
- Installed 2751m of sewer pipelines (150–225mm) and 56 manholes, connecting to existing networks.
- Delivered 3960m of water mains (DN63–DN300) with all fit tings, testing, and tie -ins completed.
Achievements
- This project provided growth opportunities for HEH Civil employees with supervised training and learning opportunities. This project was delivered on time, safely and within budget to a high quality standard.
