• 2+ years in quality management, ideally in civil construction or engineering.
• Qualifications in Quality Assurance, Lead Auditing, Construction Management or Engineering (desirable).
• Work confidently with modern digital quality and document systems.
• Proven experience with audits, nonconformance management and quality compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working across multiple sites.
• White Card + valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Project Quality Plan and maintain digital quality systems.
• Monitor, inspect and audit quality processes to ensure compliance with IMS, specs and subcontractor requirements.
• Manage documentation: lot records, ITPs, registers, reports and QA close out.
• Participate in reviewing and improving project documentation.
• Assist internal and supplier audits and contribute to ISO accreditation and continuous improvement.
• Support project teams with quality data, record keeping and client documentation.
