In December 2023, ex-cyclone Jasper crossed the coast near Wujal Wujal causing heavy rainfall resulting in numer ous slope failures along Cape Tribulation Road. As a testament to our longstanding relationship with R edfox Consultancy, HEH Civil & Redfox secured Douglas Shire’s Package 16 D & C Slope Remediation Work.

This project has shown growth for HEH Civil by expanding our business and working with a new client, Cairns Airport. This project has allowed HEH Civil to successfully establish a new partnership and experience with a client from a different industry, paving the way for new avenues of work and partnerships for HEH Civil to undertake in future.

The Flood Reconstruction Package 7B encompassed comprehensive remediation efforts across five landslide-affected sites along Black Pinch Road, following the severe rainfall events that impacted the Noosa Shire Council region in 2022.
